RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

• Only unworn pieces in its original packaging are eligible for exchange and return.
• Any exchange or return request must be notified within 7 days of delivery of the piece.
• All requests are subject to approval. Please notify to info@santacatarsis.com so we can communicate the procedure.
• One of a kind pieces, as well as custom made pieces and international orders are final sale.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

International Shipping:

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties or import taxes is responsibility of the recipient. These are collected at the time of delivery.
